Tips For Brewing Your Own Tea: Leaf and Flower vs. Root

ROOTS: simmer one teaspoon of dried dandelion root in boiling water for 5-10 minutes

LEAF + FLOWERS: boil the water first then steep the leaves or flowers in the water for 5-10 minutes
